The Work of Leaders is leadership training that uses online pre-work, engaging facilitation with Life Code Facilitators, utilizes contemporary video, and online follow-up to create a personalized learning experience. Based on best practices, Work of Leaders connects unique leadership styles to real-world demands, generating powerful conversations that provide a clear path for action.

Using the framework of Vision, Alignment, and Execution, Work of Leaders encourages leaders to understand their own leadership styles and how they impact their effectiveness. Rich, compelling narrative adds depth to the data and strong visuals support the learning process by illustrating key messages.

The true value of this model is that it lays out a manageable, realistic framework to guide the process. The goal is to provide straightforward explanations of where you might choose to target your personal development efforts.  Interwoven with humor and drawing from real-world scenarios, The Work of Leaders distills leadership best practices into a simple, compelling process that helps leaders at all levels get immediate results.


Discover your DiSC leadership style and learn a simple three-step process to help you approach the fundamental work of leaders: Vision, Alignment, and Execution. Based on best practices and four years of developmental effort, Work of Leaders connects to real-world demands, generating powerful conversations that provide a clear path for action.

The model is broken down into three key things effective leaders do at each step,

and describes specific behaviors for each.

Crafting a Vision: imagining an improved future state that the group will make a reality through its work.


Building Alignment: getting to the point where everyone in the group understands and is committed to the vision.


Championing Execution: ensuring that the conditions are present for the imagined future to be turned into a reality.

Our Facilitation

The Everything DiSC Work of Leaders® assessment takes DiSC as its foundation, but analyzes many other leadership attributes to develop a comprehensive leadership program. The DiSC profile is enhanced by compelling, highly personalized analysis and description, plus informative charts and 18 linear continua, all of which depict key ideas and enhance the narrative. The result is a highly personalized and highly effective leadership development program.

1-Day Leadership Development Program

  • Five 60- to 90-minute modules

 

  • Introduction to Work of Leaders: Participants discover the Work of Leaders process.

  • Includes Discovering DiSC activity.

  • Vision: Participants learn about the three drivers of Vision and discover how they approach each driver.

  • Alignment: Participants learn about the three drivers of Alignment and discover how they approach each driver

  • Execution: Participants learn about the three drivers Execution and discover how they approach each driver.

  • Action Planning: Participants explore their strengths and challenges and create an action plan for improvement.

  • Experiential learning activities with thought-provoking partner and group discussions
