Everything DiSC Workplace is an experiential training that uses online pre-work, engaging facilitation with contemporary video, and online follow-up to create a personalized learning experience. Participants understand and appreciate the styles of the people they work with. The result is more effective and productive working relationships.
The Everything DiSC Workplace® Assessment is the most effective and most reliable tool on the market to help us understand these preferences and styles – both in ourselves and in others. DiSC® is a very simple—and memorable—model made up of four basic styles: D for Dominance, I for Influence, S for Steadiness, and C for Conscientiousness. The knowledge gained by this simple assessment has been used by hundreds of thousands of people to drive better teamwork, collaboration and productivity.
The model is broken down into three 90-minute modules; with engaging activities and workplace-focused video. The facilitation includes research-validated online assessment for each participant with 20-page workplace-specific profile that helps people identify and explore the priorities that drive them.
Module 1: Discovering Your DiSC Style
Participants discover how DiSC styles affect their workplace relationships and explore the priorities that drive them at work.
Module 2: Understanding Other Styles
Participants learn what works for them and what challenges them when interacting with each DiSC style.
Module 3: Building More Effective Relationships
Participants create strategies and an action plan to overcome challenges when working with people of different DiSC styles.
